Yes, always. Your original member number stays with your account (your email address) and is never given to anyone else. Rejoin with the same email and you’re back under your original number. Your old card still works, so there’s nothing new to buy.
Yes, worldwide. International orders add $5 shipping at checkout. Delivery outside the U.S. usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your country’s mail service.
